Countries are grouped into tiers, and entrants pick from each tier before the Games begin. They also answer a tiebreaker question, such as how many gold medals one country will win.
Every medal a picked country wins scores points, with separate values for gold, silver and bronze that the host can set. Picks lock at the deadline, and the platform updates the medal counts and the leaderboard throughout the Games.
